The USS Missouri is best known as the site of Japan's
World War II surrender. The formal papers were signed
on the deck of the battleship on September 2, 1945.
Today, the Battleship Missouri Memorial serves as an
interactive museum. See her impressive 16-inch guns
and learn about what life was like aboard the last US
battleship. Located in Pearl Harbor, overlooking the
USS Arizona Memorial, the two battleships symbolize
the beginning and end of World War II.
